Mary D’Adam, LPC, CADC, creates a calm, inviting space where clients feel safe to explore their struggles and collaborate on ways to move forward when ready.
Mary received a BSW from Illinois State University and an MA from Governors State University. Her previous experience includes work as a residential counselor, community support specialist, and group facilitator, and she has extensive experience helping teens who struggle with addiction, violence and trauma. Mary also formerly volunteered at Path Crisis Center and Children’s Home & Aid.
Inside her therapy room, Mary helps clients understand that they have the power. She uses numerous techniques and tools depending on client needs, and she is committed to creating an environment that promotes progress and change.
