Telehealth Appointment Instructions

Our team is so happy you’ve decided to take advantage of our convenient telehealth appointment option. We highly recommended doing a “test run” of your virtual appointment 1-2 days ahead of the appointment with your provider. Simply follow the steps below to ensure that you don’t have any issues downloading Vsee to your device. When doing so, once you reach the stage where you are in Vsee and waiting for your provider to connect with you, you can close out the test run, as you should be in good shape for your actual appointment. If you have any issues, please call your office location and they can assist you in troubleshooting.

Via Computer (desktop or laptop)

  1. Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
  2. On our homepage toolbar, select Telehealth Provider Waiting Rooms found under the Telehealth dropdown menu.
  3. Search and click on your provider’s virtual waiting room link. You will be prompted to download the appropriate software if necessary (please ensure you are in a ‘VSee’ virtual waiting room).
  4. Fill in your full name and address of your current physical location and click “Enter”.
  5. Wait for your provider to connect with you.
  6. Have your appointment!

Via Mobile (Tablet, iPhone, or Android)

  1. Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
  2. Download the appropriate app (VSee Clinic).
  3. Enter your provider’s Room ID. Click “Next”. (To confirm the Room ID, please visit the Telehealth page on our website.) Or select the provider’s waiting room directly from our website (please ensure you are in a ‘VSee’ virtual waiting room).
  4. Enter your name/address of current location and click “Enter”. Wait for your provider to connect with you.
  5. Have your appointment!

What You’ll Need:

  • A private, safe space: Be ready at the time of your appointment in a secure, private environment of your choosing.
  • A webcam: You can have your appointment via your home or work computer (via webcam), smart phone or tablet.
  • Your Provider’s Virtual Waiting Room(this can be searched for here if you don’t have it): At the time of the appointment, select your provider from our list to be directed to their “Virtual Waiting Room”.
