What happens during an assessment and how long does it take?

Mental Health Assessments take approximately 90 minutes to complete.  A licensed clinician will ask a series of questions and you will complete a brief questionnaire to help determine your needs and possible care options.

When and how do I receive results?

After your initial assessment is complete, you’ll schedule a 50-minute follow-up appointment to discuss the outcome and outline possible treatment recommendations. You will receive a complete written report at your follow-up appointment. Mental Health Assessments are not intended to take the place of full psychological evaluations.

Are the results confidential?

Edgewood will only distribute assessment results to outside agencies with your consent.
