Anger Management Assessments
Identify specific triggers and formulate a plan to better manage anger and emotional distress.
Although anger is a normal emotional response, how we appropriately manage and express it is essential to maintaining healthy relationships and successful connections with others. An Anger Management Assessment will identify your triggers and help you create realistic goals towards a happier life.
Edgewood’s Anger Evaluations take approximately 90 to 120 minutes to complete.
Edgewood will distribute copies of your evaluation to individuals or agencies per your request and consent.
After your assessment, anger management counseling services are available to learn new ways of dealing with stress and offer ongoing support.
