I am very passionate about working together with my clients to achieve their full potential while respecting individual core values, beliefs and cultural roots. While change and therapy may be scary concepts at first, I am dedicated to helping my clients in discovering their inner power and drive to accomplish life's personal and professional goals. I am always working from an integrative perspective, striving for the balance of mind, body and spirit.
Some of my other psychological interests include the biological basis of human behavior and nutrition, neuropsychology, and addictions.
My out-of-office time is centered around my two sons and family, and I often enjoy listening to music, dancing, swimming and biking. I love traveling around the world, and I continue my collaboration with several foreign publications based in Romania.
