Sandra earned a graduate degree in clinical mental health from Adler University and a doctorate in clinical psychology from Central University of Ecuador. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Sandra worked around the world as a therapist and graduate level teacher. She helps teens and adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship conflicts, domestic abuse, and more.
In therapy, Sandra often uses expressive tools such as drawing, painting, visualizations, role modeling, psycho-drama techniques, narrative techniques, and more. She also believes humor can not only deepen the therapist-client relationship, but also it allow clients to release their own spontaneity and creativity. In every case, Sandra offers full support as clients to choose their way through the healing process.
