Rebecca Gadomski, President and COO, has been counseling individuals and families for nearly two decades. She believes therapy is a process of self-exploration through which people increase self-awareness and realize the power they have to make changes in life. Rebecca will do whatever it takes to best serve her clients, and she stresses this philosophy as she oversees the LifeStance Health team.
Rebecca received a BA from Loyola University at Chicago and an MSW from University of Illinois at Chicago. She has an extensive history of working with the court and legal issues, school districts and special education programs, and DCFS, and helping families navigate complicated systems and challenging situations. She has specific training and experience working with children and families with special needs as well as those who have endured traumatic experiences.
On the clinical side, Rebecca specializes in separation and loss, coping with life changes, managing symptoms of ADHD, increasing self-esteem, learning stress and emotion management, and problem-solving through parenting obstacles. She is an advocate for her clients and will link them with community resources and guidance whenever appropriate.
Rebecca strives to help families work together to better their relationships and ability to communicate effectively with one another. She embraces her role of helping people who feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck.
