Paul Kraus, LPC, CRC, balances moments of laughter and fun with moments of deeper conversation in every therapeutic relationship. He keeps the environment relaxed and open to provide clients the space they need to progress.
Paul supports adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, learning disabilities, sports performance, and more.
In therapy, Paul utilizes worksheets, videos, and readings to help clients work outside of the session and track progress. He also has a passion for sports and competition and often use metaphors and analogies when helping clients reach goals.
Paul received a MA in Counseling and an MS in Sport and Human Performance from Adler University. He's also a Certified Athletic Trainer and is working towards a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC).
