Pam Pawelski, LSW, meets clients where they are and helps them grow into the people they want to be. From managing stressful life situations to seeing the positive opportunities around them, Pam provides clients a safe space to be themselves. Her genuine interest in clients’ lives drives her motivation to help them find solace in their lives. Pam finds her peace through meditation, gardening, bird-watching, and knitting.
Prior to joining LifeStance Health, Pam served in various counseling and corporate healthcare roles. She earned a BA in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MSW from University of Illinois at Chicago.
In therapy, Pam takes a client-centered approach and employs various modalities, such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, inner-child work, solutions-focused therapy. Her ultimate goal is to help each client feel worthy, empowered, and in control of their own life.
