Megan Boeddeker is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor providing therapeutic services to adolescents and young adults. Megan earned a Master of Education in Counseling from North Dakota State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Her clinical experience and training include CBT, DBT, ACT, and strengths-based strategies. She also believes in taking an individualized approach with each client, and building a collaborative relationship. She has a history of working with children, adolescents, and families in a Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient setting.
Megan views the therapeutic process as first building a connection because it is important to have trust in a therapeutic relationship to help facilitate change. Megan believes that everyone has a voice, and that it deserves to be heard. That is why she uses a strengths-based approaches to help individuals find their strength again, and uses CBT, DBT, and ACT to help provide skills for getting there.
