In therapy, Mary Jo uses an eclectic approach to therapy including techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, and holistic therapy. Her main goal is to improve the quality of your life and your relationships with others.
Mary Jo earned a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. She has worked in corporate positions for over a decade and understands time management and the support single mothers need. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, working out, walking her two dogs, reading, kayaking, and meditating.
