Lindsay Andrews, LCSW, seeks to improve the personal well-being and quality of life for each client. She quickly builds strong therapeutic relationships and to put clients on the path to independence.
Lindsay earned an undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and an MSW from Loyola University Chicago. She helps clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, life transitions, and more.
In therapy, Lindsay uses techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, narrative therapy, and more to help clients identify their own internal drive toward their goals. She is supportive, understanding, and uses humor to help clients feel heard and ready to move forward.
