Women and Pregnancy: There is a lot unsaid about pregnancy and birth. The unknowns and surprises of body changes and mood changes can put a strain on your mental health. Lauren is here to not only support you through this big change, but also to guide you with answers about pregnancy and postpartum.

Health has always been important to Lauren. Learning how psychological, behavioral, and cultural factors contribute to physical illness is the key to overall health.
Lauren earned a graduate degree from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising, baking, and crocheting.
