Kristin worked in community mental health, office, home-based, and medication assisted treatment. She also worked with children, adolescents and families involved with DCFS to monitor safety and promote development and achievement. Kristin has experience working with adults in the community and office with anxiety, depression, bi-polar, anger management, self-esteem, communication and drug and alcohol addictions.
Kristin’s approach is tailored to the individual client, most often using techniques from CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and client centered therapy.
