Kathleen uses an eclectic approach to therapy and treats each person as an individual. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction techniques to put clients on the right path.
Kathleen earned her graduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago. She is an LGBTQIA+ ally and welcomes everyone to her office.
