Hannah Schupbach, LPC, CRSS, believes every person coming to therapy has the capacity to find healing and closure from life's difficulties. She is here to guide clients through that process and helps them develop healthy coping skills to keep in their tool box moving forward.
Hannah earned a Master's in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. Throughout her career, Hannah worked with individuals of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, and other traumatic experiences. She has an extensive background in community mental health and managing severe and persistent mental illness.
In therapy, Hannah primarily uses CBT, DBT, and evidence-based art therapy for both processing and clinical assessment. She believes clients are experts in their own life, and as a clinician, it is her job to partner in that process. Hannah's therapeutic style relies heavily on unconditional positive regard, empathy, cultural competency, and understanding social systems that can negatively effect mental health.
