About Erin Brumback, LCSW

My approach to helping people with their mental health is to meet them where they are at and focus on their priorities. I also enjoy learning about everyone’s unique experiences and qualities. Initially we may focus on learning to ground oneself back into the present, monitoring your moods and viewing oneself non-judgmentally. Another portion I like is helping people meet life goals through practical solution-focused approaches. Once we build rapport and establish your goals, I can help you move forward toward a future that you desire!

I have 10 years of experience in the mental health field. During that time, I have helped adults, children and families navigate difficulty in their lives and find a path forward. My experience is with various populations such as individuals with autism, survivors of domestic violence, and employees having difficulty with work life balance. I am passionate about helping young adults through life’s challenges, such as family issues, divorce, trauma, and anxiety.
