Anxiety in Adolescents: The overwhelming feeling of worrying can feel like your life is on hold and can be difficult to focus in school. Bridget provides a comfortable space to explore those feelings and create coping mechanisms. Whether it is telehealth or in-person, Bridget customizes treatment to you.
Depression Treatment: Depression is a debilitating mood disorder. It can be hard to even wake up or get out of bed in the morning. Bridget helps provide opportunities for growth with creative therapeutic opportunities that fit your life.
Psychological testing: Testing may be necessary in your or your adolescent’s stage of life. Testing can be for intelligence, aptitude, achievement, or personality. Bridget performs these tests in office or via telehealth for your convenience.
During a therapy session, Bridget embraces the differences of anxiety levels and comfort. Instead of sitting across the room, she engages via board games, coloring books, and different creative ways to make it an easier experience for you to explore your emotions.
Bridget received her master’s degree and Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) from Argosy University- Schaumburg Campus. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her cat, Cosmo. She enjoys time with friends and family, watching movies, traveling, and listening to music.
