About Bailey O’Rilley

Bailey O’Rilley, Clinical Intern, helps clients feel safe and heard in the therapy room. Her goal is to create a warm and collaborative environment where clients feel confident to make changes.

Bailey earned a BA from North Central College and is currently finishing her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. Her therapy style is rooted in Bowen’s Family Systems theory. Bailey is also a trained facilitator for Prepare & Enrich and for the Gottman Method. These training opportunities help guide her work with couples.

In therapy, Bailey uses genograms to get a better picture of and understand communication patterns within the family system. Knowing the context of how a client grew up and how that shaped his or her being helps aid the therapeutic process.
