Ashley Wooley, LMFT, Clinical Supervisor, believes in the importance of healthy relationships and strives to empower others so that they may gain the self-awareness and the self-acceptance needed to reach their personal goals.
Ashley earned a BA from University of Iowa and an MA from Northern Illinois University. She has extensive experience in community and school settings as well as in crisis and legal situations. Her approach includes cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and person-centered techniques, but treatment is tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
Ashley is warm and energetic and her strengths as a therapist include creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. She uses humor to build a strong rapport so that each client feels comfortable and validated.
