Getting “Unstuck”: Feeling trapped by your life is a terrible experience, and Areta understands what you are going through. She can help you find your way out of routine, even if change isn't comfortable.
Coping with Anxiety and Depression: Anxiety and depression are two of the most common mental health issues, but every person is differently affected. Areta makes sure you are heard at every appointment. The first step is the hardest, but you can get your life back under your control.
In therapy, Areta uses different approaches depending on your needs. She utilizes CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy. She thrives off feedback and builds the ideal coping mechanisms to help clients heal.
Areta earned an undergraduate degree from St. Xavier University and a graduate degree from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Out of the office, her passion for health continues with being an outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys hiking, biking, running, going to concerts, and building music playlists.
