A common question we ask as humans is how to keep our lives in control. The answer is we don’t. We are on a boat in the ocean of life, and the only control we have is to learn how to balance standing up as we float in unpredictable waters.
Psychotherapy is a creative process where we create and model a healthy and balanced individual universe. You become the creator of your life and a master of your own reactions to what would typically unbalance you. Psychotherapy is based on your unique experiences, so we will use creativity, inspiration, and a pinch of humor.
From time management to finding meaning in life, opportunities for self-growth are endless. My job is to guide you through the process and to provide safe, non-judgmental environment where you can learn to thrive. We are constantly changing and updating in our inner world and our environment.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Psychology and Psychopathology of the Development from Varna University in Bulgaria. Also, a master’s degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. In addition, I have extensive training in psychodrama (a deep therapeutic approach), positive psychotherapy, Individual psychotherapy, mindfulness, and trauma-based therapy. My diverse experience and background naturally allows me to work with the most diverse people.
I am honored to become a witness and guide through this amazing quest called life. I am looking forward to meeting you and being part of your self-actualization journey.
