Living With Purpose


Change your relationship with your emotions and get in control with Living With Purpose. This group helps you better understand your values and use them to guide your decisions and life direction. You’ll gain psychological flexibility and learn techniques that bring results, such as: Mindfulness techniques for everyday life; How to accept thoughts and emotions without becoming attached; Ways to identify personal values to guide decision making and define purpose; and skills to grow, maintain and improve interpersonal relationships.
