Dr. Tak-Seng Lodro, PsyD, is collaborative and works to develop an open, honest, direct, and genuine relationship with each client. He ensures each client feels safe so they can work together to uncover often painful experiences that underlie difficulties in life.

Dr. Lodro received a Doctorate in clinical psychology from Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He brings over 25 years of experience treating clients of all ages. His goal for each client is to decrease their avoidant behaviors, help them see that every situation is workable, and increase their present-moment awareness to help live life in a deliberate manner based on their values.

In therapy, Dr. Lodro uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, neuroscience, and Present-Moment Focusing to gain insight on personal history, educate, enhance self-awareness, and help clients realize change is possible. During this process, he helps clients feel safe, accepted, and helps them gain the tools and knowledge needed to enhance their own life, with or without therapy continuing.
