How long is each therapy session?

Therapy sessions are generally 50 minutes long. Once your session is complete, you and your therapist will discuss your ongoing needs and schedule future appointments.

How long is the typical treatment program?

Edgewood treatment plans are customized to each individual. Your program length depends on your goals, progression, and personal needs.

Is therapy a sign of weakness?
